While the quality of the Essex Region's natural heritage is without comparison, the quality is scarce. Because so little of our region remains in a natural state, there is very limited and fragmented habitat for the many rare and endangered plant and wildlife species that call Canada's most southern locale home. You can help the Essex Region Conservation Foundation protect and restore our region's habitat in a number of ways.

There are many ways in which to help, and the Foundation offers a number of options to meet your needs. All funds raised are used to protect and restore the environment of Windsor, Essex County and Pelee Island.
You will receive a receipt for income tax purposes when you make a donation, and with gifts of $20 or more, you will receive our annual report and newsletter. Our charitable registration number is 118902162RR0001.
