Tree Planting and Restoration Grants

Over three thousand large stock trees are being planted around the region this fall, in partnership with schools, private landowners, and also with the City of Windsor along EC Row. Trees have also been planted at Janisse-Marcotte-Melady-Sutton-Morris Sutton and Fred Cada Heritage Forests. In fact, this fall, ERCA will have planted its five millionth tree!

It's not too early to start thinking about tree planting and restoration projects for next spring. There are many grant opportunities available to landowners who wish to plant buffer strips, windbreaks or undertake restoration projects ranging from 1 acre to several hundred acres.
